Provisional Register

The Provisional Register harkens back to the Kingdom “Clark” and is the official legislative journal of the Republic of Talossa.

Originated by Gödafrïeu Válcadách, the Republic's first Provisional Secretary, the Provisional Register began life as the principal method of disseminating new proposals for the Provisional Governing Council as the Clark did and still does for the Kingdom's Ziu. However, owing to the convenience of the Mitchell Building I internet discussion forum, posting new bills to be voted on directly to the Provisional Register quickly went out-of-style, and nowadays, any new proposals for the Provisional Governing Council are posted to the world exclusively by way of that discussion forum.

Although Marti-Pair Furxheir is now the Provisional Secretary, Gödafrïeu Válcadách, with the blessing of PS Furxheir, continues to put together the Provisional Register and its companion, the Mitchell Codex, which lists all laws and other things currently in-force.

The Provisional Register is published intermittently, and will continue to be published until the ratification of the permanent Constitution which should happen in the first half of this year.

However, the Mitchell Codex will continue to be published even after the new Constitution is ratified.
